Who sent you this email

A Korean exporter that uses XBridge, a business-to-business service operated by 엑스브릿지 (XBridge, Republic of Korea), sent you a one-to-one business proposal. The sender’s company name appears in the sender name and in the notice at the end of the email. The sender writes the email and decides whom to contact. XBridge researches potential buyers for the sender and sends and receives the emails on the sender’s behalf.

Where we got your address

We use business contact details that are publicly available, such as your company website, business registries and industry directories. A sender may also enter an address directly. In that case the sender must state where the address came from (for example a business card, a trade show or an email you sent) and confirm that they have grounds to contact you. The notice at the end of each email states the source.

What we process, why, and for how long

• Data: your name, job title, and published business email address and phone number; the emails exchanged with the sender, including attachments; delivery records (sent, delivered, bounced, marked as spam); and your unsubscribe or deletion requests.
• Purpose: delivering business proposals, handling your replies, and honoring unsubscribe and deletion requests. We use contact details you published only for the purpose they were published for, which is receiving business inquiries.
• Retention: while the sender’s XBridge workspace exists. We delete the data when you ask us to or when the sender closes the workspace. A record that blocks your address is kept until the block is lifted, and a record of your request is kept for 3 years.
• Service providers: we use providers that process data in the United States and Japan (including Resend for email delivery and Supabase for storage). The list is in Articles 5 and 5-2 of our Privacy Policy (in Korean).

Unsubscribe or request deletion

Unsubscribestops emails from the company that emailed you. Use the unsubscribe link at the end of the email, reply with the subject “unsubscribe”, or use the unsubscribe address in the email header. No login or fee is needed, and it takes effect immediately.

Deletion or objection stops emails from every XBridge sender and deletes your data. Send your request through our contact page or to support@xbridge.kr with the subject “Personal data deletion request” and the email address concerned. We first confirm that you use that address: a request sent from that address is enough, otherwise we send a confirmation email to it. We handle the request within 10 days and tell you the result. We then delete the content and attachments of your replies from every sender’s mailbox, remove your name and contact details from buyer research results, and block your address for all senders. We keep the record that blocks your address and a record of your request. Emails a sender already sent may remain in that sender’s business records.
